East horsley - Surrey
This house in the beautiful hills of Surrey was a complete re-roof plus a large extension. This roof was packed with detail, including lead work, GRP flat roofs, roof eyebrows and long bonnet hips. The tile on the main roof was a HF weathered, a French clay tile. We really had some fun with this one.
Horley - Surrey
This stunning new build property was completed in the late part of 2017. This roof required lots of attention to detail. With 1 oak framed porch, 4 dormers and 2 barn ends. Using 11, 500 of Sandtoft's Koramic range of tiles gives this roof a rustic look. We really enjoyed this one.
Felbridge - Surrey
These 3 beautiful, new build properties are courtesy of an amazing development company called Findlay Design and Development. Rouse Roofing Ltd. completed all 3 houses in the early part of 2018.
A clay, smooth red Acme plain tile was used on all the roofs and a hand crafted Sandtoft on the vertical tiling. These houses were built to the highest spec and look great.
Copthorne - West sussex
This project shows just how capable and durable fibreglass flat roofing can be. This is a large extension onto a small cottage. A pitched, dummy roof hides this flat roof that is now also used as a seating area. GRP is capable of molding itself to any shape, as you can see with the internal outlets.
Horley - surrey
This GRP roof was completed in the late part of 2016. The building is a spacious studio flat with a large flat roof. These images show what a warm roof is. A warm roof is a type of roof construction which has an insulation layer above the rafters. This eliminates any heat from escaping. A secret gutter was formed all the way around the building to hide traditional guttering. This was also done in fibreglass.
Banstead - Surrey
This large whole house renovation was completed in the later part of 2018. The roof was a complete strip and re-roof. With the clients of the house opting for grey windows and doors on the house, it was only right that we used a grey tiles. A Marley Wessex concrete tile really complemented the contempory, modern design throughout. We also fitted 8 bespoke veluxes into the roof, giving the master bedroom huge amounts of natural light.
